Appointed as development partner in joint venture with a private investor for the acquisition of large industrial property on a 2.3 acre site in Earlsfield, London.

The site represented a strategic holding within the London Borough of  Wandsworth and presented major planning and logistical challenges to securing development permission.

Despite difficulties of access, the immediate proximity to the River Wandle & King George’s park and a defined townscape of Victorian terraced housing, we achieved permission for the development of an apartment scheme in a contemporary building.
